At All My Cryo, our journey began with a personal quest for healing and wellness. Founder Michelle was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and was looking for alternative treatments to avoid a lifetime of medication. This search led to the discovery of Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC), Infrared Light Therapy, and other holistic healing methods.
Our current owners, Jayson and Dr. Carleigh, found their paths to holistic wellness through their own personal struggles. Dr. Carleigh uncovered the power of naturopathic medicine after experiencing anxiety, hormonal imbalances, and IBS. Dissatisfied with conventional medicine, she sought solutions outside the norm to achieve true health.
Jayson, a former Marine Corps Captain, endured physical and mental exhaustion from years of deployments and fitness challenges. It was only after exploring alternative therapies that he found relief and renewed vitality.
We are passionate advocates of the belief that "you are NOT your diagnosis." We see beyond traditional healthcare and are thrilled to assist you, our cherished friends, in living a life with less pain and more joy.

Jayson and Carleigh - are new parents of little Jackson and excited new owners of All My Cryo. Our Mission is to rejuvenate and inspire our community through innovative recovery and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Carleigh - a Naturopathic Doctor with expertise in Women's Health, Performance Optimization, and Hormone Health. She enjoys camping, rock climbing, and homemade pizza nights.
Jayson - a Marine Corps veteran and business consultant. He enjoys bodybuilding, Harry Potter, and a juicy ribeye steak!
